Avelon, the SAP process optimization specialist

Process optimization is our passion and is embedded in the DNA of every Avelon employee. Since 2000, we have been helping organisations to make their business processes smarter, more transparent, simpler and more user-friendly.

We do this with specialist consultancy and proprietary SAP Add-Ons in the areas of SAP Invoice management (SIM), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Procure to Pay (P2P), SAP Workflow, Fiori and E-invoicing.

Our consultants have years of experience with SAP workflow related solutions. They have thorough knowledge of the technical architecture. In addition, they have accumulated extensive process knowledge and experience with change projects. We ensure that the solution is a good representation of the process.

VNSG stands for the Association of Dutch-speaking SAP Users. The goal of VNSG is to facilitate knowledge exchange, share best practices and create a network between members. Avelon is a VNSG advisory member. Through an active approach, we try to share knowledge and experience in the field of process improvement and workflow applications in the SAP landscape.

KPMG Romania is specialised in the most efficient and high-quality validation of PDF invoices. They provide Avelon's PDF Validation service, which is fully integrated with Avelon's E-Invoicing Interface for the automatic import and processing of incoming PDF invoices in SAP. KPMG therefore plays an important part in further increasing the percentage of invoices that are processed "touchless".

eConnect focuses entirely on receiving and sending e-invoices. eConnect makes e-invoicing accessible to everyone, regardless of industry or size of organization. eConnect connects by default to the API of Avelon's E-Invoicing interface, so e-invoices are automatically processed within your VIM/SIM or workflow solution for incoming invoices.
