VNSG Focus Online

In the week of 8 to 12 November 2021, VNSG organised its traditional annual online congress Focus Online. During VNSG Focus Online, VNSG members could participate in sessions with user stories, workshops, panel discussions and listen to thought leaders.

Avelon also contributed to this by means of the webinar "Optimisation through iRPA and chatbots". In this session, the added value and concrete use cases were discussed and explained. The presentation was illustrated by means of a number of demos.

Software robots and chatbots are used to automate repetitive manual tasks that add little value. This improves efficiency and allows employees to focus more on valuable and complex issues.
