SAP Education offers various standard training courses. These are aimed at increasing generic SAP Workflow knowledge and skills to model processes. WFM100 - SAP Business Workflow Administration (2 days)
WFM200 - SAP Business Workflow Administration Advanced (2 days).

Topics covered by the courses:
WFM100 - introduction WFM, organisational structures, workflow structures and techniques, administration and problem solving
WFM200 - introduction management techniques, common problems, problem solving, case scenarios, advanced workflow techniques.

In both courses theory is illustrated with real live examples. Over the years, we have developed complete and useful tutorials for this purpose. The tutorials create a good balance between topics discussed and concrete practical issues within the SAP Workflow system.
