SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant

That is why we are looking for an SAP MDG consultant with a solid functional foundation and an affinity for technology—someone who understands how processes, data, and system architecture come together and helps organizations gain control over their master data.

Your role

As an SAP MDG consultant, you work at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You analyze, design, and improve master data processes and translate requirements into concrete, technically feasible solutions within SAP.

You will work on implementations and optimizations in areas such as business partners, customers, suppliers, materials, and finance. In doing so, you will coordinate closely with both business stakeholders and technical consultants and contribute ideas regarding system design, integrations, and governance.

Work

  • Analyzing master data processes and governance

  • Gathering and translating requirements

  • Designing MDG processes and data models

  • Setting up workflows, validations, and data quality rules

  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and architecture

  • Supporting key users and data owners

  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and roadmaps

What should you bring?

  • College or university level of work and thinking

  • Experience as an SAP consultant, preferably with MDG or master data

  • Knowledge of data governance and master data processes

  • Familiarity with SAP technology and system configuration

  • Ability to translate business requirements into solutions

  • Strong communication skills

  • A structured and pragmatic work style

  • Experience in consulting environments

  • You take ownership, think in terms of solutions, and view technology as a means to help organizations function more effectively.
