Utrecht, Jan. 11, 2024 - Avelon has made the strategic decision to operate independently in the Netherlands and Belgium in the near future. Avelon Netherlands will continue its domestic and international operations under the name “Avelon”, with headquarters remaining in Utrecht.
This strategic separation empowers Avelon to make swifter decisions, respond more effectively to market dynamics, and sharpen its focus on core activities. The anticipated outcome of this change is heightened customer service and increased customer satisfaction.
Sander van der Wijngaart, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Avelon, emphasizes the company’s commitment to innovation, and states: “To ensure our competitiveness, we are continually exploring innovative ways to enhance the products and services we offer our customers. This separation will enable us to improve our service delivery by better focusing on and responding more flexible to changing customer needs. By innovating faster, we aim to offer a greater variety of high-quality products and services that align better with customer expectations.”
Avelon specializes in providing organizations process optimization solutions using SAP technology. The passion for process optimization is ingrained in the DNA of every Avelon employee. Since 2000, Avelon has been helping organizations in enhancing their business processes, making them smarter, more transparent, simpler and more user-friendly. This is achieved through specialized consultancy and the utilization of own SAP Add-ons, focusing on SAP Invoice management (SIM), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Procure to Pay (P2P), SAP Workflow, Fiori and E-invoicing. The strategic separation will further reinforce this clear focus of Avelon.
