Fiori app for posting goods receipts

Processing goods receipt within SAP is not easy, especially if this has to be done in the context of the 3-way match by someone who does not work in SAP on a regular basis.

The Avelon Goods Receipt App makes it a lot easier and enables posting goods receipt on mobile devices. An important part of the app is the Smart Search functionality. This makes it much easier to find the right purchase order on which to post the receipt. You can search by order number, supplier name or article description. After typing 3 characters, all corresponding values are displayed immediately, similar to internet search engines.

After selecting the correct purchase order, the number of delivered items can easily be entered and, if necessary, an attachment, e.g. the delivery note, can be added.

The app can be used place and time independent, so not only in the workplace but anywhere where there is an internet connection. Depending on your internal security policy, additional measures are required for mobile use.
